No, our annual conference changes locations each year. In the past our conferences have been held in Nashville, Dallas, San Diego, Atlanta, Chicago, New York and Birmingham. We announce the host city for the following year at our annual conference.

The Rooted Conference is for youth pastors, parents, senior pastors, and anyone participating in the discipleship of youth.

No, you do not need to sign up for workshops. You can decide which of our workshops you would like to attend during the conference.

Audio from all of our workshops will be available through our website to conference attendees one month after the conference.

The hotels we have secured room blocks at are all within walking distance of the conference site. However, if walking is not an option from where you are staying we recommend taking an Uber or driving. 

No, we will not livestream the conference.

Each year, we offer several meals for our attendees to connect and fellowship with one another throughout the conference. One dinner and a boxed lunch are included in your registration fee.

One night attendees will have the option to attend a dinner group at a local restaurant. We call these youth ministry dine arounds. Youth ministry teams practicing in various contexts lead the dinner group and share how they do ministry in that context.

If you have already registered for the conference, but forgot to signup for one of the pre-conferences you can still attend. You will just need to register here. More information about our pre-conferences can be found here.

We aim to keep the registration prices for our annual conference as affordable as we are able. Conference registration costs $150 (before 6/1), $175 (before 9/1) and $200 up until the conference date or we reach capacity. Once you register, you'll be sent a coupon code for $10 off a guest registration. Because it is in our hometown, we do expect to sell-out, so we encourage you to register early.
